Our company was founded in 2015 as an innovative company in the olive oil sector. Founded by the younger generation of a family with a century-long tradition of olive cultivation and EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) production, our crops are strategically located in the most important area for EVOO production and quality: the Sierra de Cazorla (Sierra de Cazorla DO, Jaén).

 

We carefully select the most vigorous trees to obtain the best green olive juice in October, and then the most mature and refined EVOO at the end of November. Our family business is committed to applying the most innovative techniques to obtain the highest quality oil.
